Columbus Ohio Attorneys File Lawsuit Against Werner Trucking Company
We have brought suit in federal court against employers who refuse to pay proper overtime compensation as required by federal law. In Malcom Wade, et al., v. Werner Trucking Company, et al., we allege that a multinational transportation company failed to properly classify its employees as entitled to overtime pay and failed to pay that required overtime pay. This lawsuit, filed in the Southern District Court of the State of Ohio, is pending at this time.
